Boolgro provides digital technology solutions including web development, mobile app development, graphic and UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing, AI & machine learning systems, and automation solutions.
By engaging our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
All projects require a confirmed quotation and advance payment before commencement. Scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, and approvals necessary for project completion.
Projects include limited revisions as specified in the proposal. Any additional features or scope changes may incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. Boolgro retains rights to display the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Boolgro agrees to keep client data and project information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Boolgro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business loss, data loss, or third-party service disruptions.
Either party may terminate services in writing. Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable once work has begun.
Boolgro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updates.
